Hobbies
I like watching movies and swimming. Also i would like to share my teaching methods Teaching Philosophy: A good teacher should stress the core concepts of a subject, make students interested to know more, and teach how to learn. Compared to traditional lecture-styled teaching, I believe this is more effective in the long run, as in future, when a student needs to learn something new, he will be able to relate it to the basics and will be able to self-teach the concept. I like teaching most when it is an interactive process in which both the teacher and the students are involved in a quest for finding new directions to expand boundaries of knowledge. To explain complex concepts or solve challenging problems, I strive to use intuitive examples related to real world issues to illustrate the basic laws under them. I always encourage students to focus on fundamental principles and deductive reasoning instead of simply memorizing the results. I also assign homework and evaluate students’ performance regularly, which reflects whether or not the presented materials are well absorbed.
